Plasma process allows to reach very high temperatures and evaporates almost all conductive materials (steel, All, Iron, etc.)

The thicker the material, the greater the power required by the generator.

The maximum thickness to be cut is around 130mm. Carbon steel is cut, for economic reasons, up to 30-38 mm thickness (over these thicknesses cutting speeds decrease dramatically). Advantages: cuts all conductive materials (carbon steel, alloy, aluminum, brass, etc); fast cutting speeds, less heating of the material, less deformation of the material.
